TzHaar-Hur-Klag is an NPC invloved in the quest TokTz-Ket-Dill. During the quest he helps the player write a play in the TzHaar Theatre.
If the player talks to him after the quest he will tell the player how he is the best miner in the TzHaar city and he used to mine onyx until a short JalYt sold him a cape with a picture of a TokYt-Xil-Im (pickaxe) on it. He complains that he was ripped off as the cape burnt when he took a bath in a TzHaar Pool.
