The Ultimate Strength prayer gives a temporary 6% boost to a player's Melee damage and it needs 31 prayer level to use. It cannot be used with any of the other prayers that provide a strength bonus. It replaces Superhuman Strength when unlocked.

This prayer is popular among free players as it gives a reasonable strength boost.
