The Undead cow ribs is a quest item dropped by undead cows on Karamja during the Rag and Bone Man quest. The ribs must be cleaned by adding them to a pot of vinegar and then boiled over the fire by the Odd Old Man's house north east of Varrock. Once cleaned, the bone can be given to the old man.
