Undead mages can be found in Lucien's camp. They are part of the army being raised by Lucien in his plans to conquer Gielinor. The undead mages cannot be attacked or spoken to, functioning as a spawner of the undead trolls in this area. When an undead troll is killed, the mages cast a spell that summons an troll from the ground.
