Undead twigs can be obtained by cutting undead trees outside Draynor Manor with a blessed axe during and after the Animal Magnetism quest for Ava to create her famed attractor. It may take multiple tries to cut the branches from the tree.
An ordinary hatchet instead "bounces off the undead wood" of the tree, failing to cut them. Cutting a twig provides 5 woodcutting experience.
