The Unfinished net is an unfinished version of the Seaweed Net that has been added as part of the Run Energy update. It is made by using 5 flax on a loom. Using a bronze wire on it will turn it into a Seaweed Net. No Crafting experience is gained in creating the unfinished net, but using it with a Bronze wire to make the Seaweed Net gives 83 Crafting experience. The unfinished net is not tradable.
