Unstable Alchemy is an spell animation override that could be purchased from Solomon's General Store until its removal on 1 February 2015. It plays while performing High Level Alchemy using standard spellbook or Explorer's ring 4. It does not play while performing Low Level Alchemy.
It is also a possible reward from Tier 18 from the initial RunePass event, Ocean's Bounty.
