Unstable attendants are creatures encountered in Heart of Stone. When entering BikKra's room, she sends these and BikKra's attendants to attack the player. The player must hold off until three unstable attendants have been caught and placed on BikKra's defences by Kipple, which the player can light to destroy the gate and access BikKra.

When they spawn, players should run away from them and continue attacking BikKra's attendants. This allows Kipple to pick them up.
