An Unstrung lyre can be made by cutting a branch from the swaying tree east of Rellekka and then using a knife on it. The unstrung lyre can be strung using a ball of golden wool which turns it into a normal lyre.You can also get a normal Lyre by killing the citizens of Rellekka until they drop one. However, this might take very long time. This object is available in the The Fremennik Trials quest.
