Ur-lesh was a head of the Dorgeshuun Council, the rulers of Dorgesh-Kaan. Ur-lesh ruled until relatively recently, in the modern Fifth Age. Presumably having died of old age, she was succeeded by Ur-tag, the current council head.
Ur-lesh is referenced in The Chasm of Lights, Part III, a story found in the Lores and Histories section of the official RuneScape website.
