Ur-vass is Dorgeshuun goblin and a member of the Dorgeshuun Council. He talks with the local cave goblins. The player can choose one of seven designs for their statue by talking to Ur-vass. He is also one of the goblins that you you speak to when you get permission from the council for selling food.
