Vampyre juvinates can be found guarding prisoners in the Daeyalt refinery beneath Castle Drakan during the River of Blood quest. Three of them must be defeated in order to progress with the quest.
They must be defeated using the upgraded sunspear, using any other weapon will not count for the kill, nor will a Guthix balance. Once their life points are depleted to zero, they will become mist.
