This chance can be improved by offering seeker's charms to the portal in the north of the dungeon. It offers a guaranteed drop of the hexhunter bow.[1]
Veil-ripper Ozharakha uses the full combat triangle and uses a melee attack that can stun players. As players would generally be using Ranged to fight soulgazers, this should not become an issue for most players.
It appears to be capable of opening portals, one which Grondaban used to travel to Ocularis.
