Four villagers could have been found in Lumbridge forest, watching the portal that spawned due to residual energy from the death of Guthix.
The male villager theorises that Zamorak made the portal and will use it to return to Gielinor, under the simple assumption that the portal 'looks evil'. Later on, he saw a butterfly, a knight and a thornless rose in the portal. He was then joined by two female villagers, one of whom is extremely happy that Saradomin is supposedly returning, while the other is afraid the portal will keep growing until it devours the entire universe.

- The male villager looks identical to a generic master farmer, while the females look like Hygd and Ceolburg.
