Vitharr is a Fremennik involved in the winter events since 2012 who may aid you in luring Sköll to Gielinor by building a big bonfire, so that he may be killed in order to make Hati, the brother of Sköll, think twice about attacking the Fremennik again. Vitharr also replaces the Sköll boots if lost. The Fremennik citizen, who replaces the Hati paws, Hati head and Hati cloak if lost and gives information on Hati, is her sister.
