The Warlock legs are a holiday reward from the 2008 Hallowe'en event after giving Maggie 5 wrapped candies. It is part of the warlock set, which also includes the Warlock cloak and Warlock top, and it has no combat bonuses. Only male characters can wear the warlock top, as female characters are forced to wear a witch skirt instead. You can get wrapped candies from people in Port Sarim, Draynor Village, or Rimmington. To do this you must have two pieces of costume on and trick-or-treat any of the villagers.
It can be stored in the toy box of Player-owned house or destroyed and obtained again from Diango.
