A Washing bowl can be found in Filliman Tarlock's grotto south of the Mort Myre Swamp. Hidden underneath it is a mirror required for the Nature Spirit quest. It can be used to hold water like any other bowl. Its basically like a bowl but decorated and colorful. Aside from that it has no other uses.
