Weapon poison is a one dose poison only available in the Dungeoneering skill. It is made by adding wormwood and firebreath whiskey to a vial of water. This requires level 54 Herblore and grants 114 experience in Herblore. This potion can only be made in dungeons with complexity level ≥5.

Applying this potion would make your attacks have a chance of poisoning the target for 4 minutes. When suffering from weapon poison, enemies will take up to 69 damage every 10 seconds, gradually reducing until it wears off. Using it also changes the potion into a weak weapon poison.
