William is a cape merchant who sells team capes. He sells the capes with the box symbol, numbers 1, 11, 21, 31, and 41. He also acts as a bank on members' worlds. He can be found walking just outside the Red Dragon Isle, but he may also appear at the Demonic Ruins and can wander north of the fence near the White wolves and the Chaos Elemental. William ranges from level 42 to 62 Wilderness.

- William lost his ability to bank on free worlds on the update of 9 October 2017, yet he still shows up as a bank icon on the minimap in free-to-play.
