Wilson is an item used in the quest Pieces of Hate. He is obtained by using a baited trap on the rat hole in Bill Teach's jail cell. After some chat options, he will eventually give the player the guard's keys.

- Wilson's name is a reference to Mod Wilson, the developer of the first four quests in the Pirate quest series.
