Wimpy feathers are dropped by Wimpy birds. They can be used to fletch arrows. Unlike other coloured feathers, these cannot be used to make Headdresses. Wimpy Birds are found in Oo'glog whilst doing the As a First Resort... quest. They require 39 Hunter to catch and must be holding a Smouldering Tansymum to lure them in.
