The Wishing well is a summoning store that sells headgear for summoning scrolls, along with supplies to make pouches. It has no owner. It is located in the Nature Grotto, and can only be used after the completion of Wolf Whistle and Nature Spirit quests.
If players have done the Branches of Darkmeyer quest, they can use Drakan's medallion to bank at Burgh De Rott without using any of its charges.
