The Worldbearer ring is a reward from the Player-owned port minigame for completing the The Exile's special voyage "A Place for Everything". Players must have travelled 6 million miles and have completed the Exile's sequence of clue voyages before the special voyage becomes available to them.
Rubbing the ring will give the warning "This ring is a single-use teleport to The Faraway Place where Things are Kept. Are you sure you want to use it now?" before allowing the player to teleport.
Even though the ring has a charge indicator in its name, it is not possible to obtain more charges by combining rings.
