Ye Olde Tea Shoppe is a stall located in eastern Varrock, next to the city wall. The shop is owned by the Tea seller. The player can either buy tea from the shop or steal it with the Thieving skill. There is a cup of tea on the bench nearby but it cannot be taken because it is apparently just for display.
A little tidbit about it is if you place another cup of tea on the table (via 'use' tea option on the table), no matter how many are there the shop keeper will not allow you to retrieve them. They also appear to last much longer then the normal drop time, being able to last more then five minutes before disappearing.
Also, after just thieving for the tea, if you try to talk to the stall owner, he will call out the typical "Guards, Guards!" as with all stalls, but because the guards are too far away they will not respond and therefore you can get much experience without the consequential damage being done to you. This is particularally useful for lower levels or those new to training Thieving.
