A Zamorak icon is used in a Chapel, aligning the player's chapel toward Zamorak. Building one requires 4 teak planks and 2 gold leaves, granting 960 experience.
It seems to have blood dripping from it. There is also a ruby placed over the Zamorakian symbol, in keeping with the fact that red is symbolic of Zamorak. However, no ruby is required to build it.
