The zoltan pet token is a reward available from the Spring Fayre. It can be purchased from Rixie or the cosmetic stall for 594 RuneCoins. Activating it unlocks the Zoltan pet and consumes the token. Zoltan pet can be found in the Wardrobe interface under the Followers Pets tab.
