The Zombie champion's scroll is an item that a Zombie may drop when killed. It is a challenge from Zombie Champion. Bring this scroll to Larxus in the basement of Champions' Guild to fight the champion in Champion's Challenge distraction and diversion. You may not use Magic attacks to fight the zombie. After you killed him, you will receive 240 Constitution and 240 Slayer experience.
A ring of wealth has no effect on the chances of obtaining this scroll as a drop, although a Champion scroll enhancer does. When in your inventory, the enhancer gives a 20% higher chance of receiving a scroll. The enhancer has 250 charges to start with, and one charge is used whenever you kill a creature that has a chance of dropping a champion scroll. It will disappear when all the charges have been used up.
A good place to collect this scroll is the basement of the Wizards' Guild in Yanille. The zombies are in a cage and need to be fought with magic. Bring runes for combat and telegrab. Another good place is Armoured zombies, which requires the Defender of Varrock quest. This scroll can also be obtained from an Undead Lumberjack which can be found in the Temple Trekking / Burgh de Rott ramble Activity. However it's extremely rare and it may take a long time before you receive it as drop.
Another good place to collect the scroll is by killing the Dried zombies in the Ruins of Ullek. You can set up a Dwarf multicannon in the centre of the area with the zombies, and use Revolution with any combat style. This yields a high kill count per hour with little effort.
